Shmurah Matzah Hand made
Shmurah means watched, and it is an apt description of this Matzah (unleavened bread). The wheat used to bake it is carefully watched (protected) against any contact with water from the moment it is harvested, since water would cause leavening and thus disqualify it for use on Pesach. Shmurah Matzot are round, kneaded and shaped by hand, and are similar to the Matzot that were baked by the Children of Israel as they left Egypt. Shmurah Matzot are baked under strict supervision to avoid any possibility of leavening during the baking process. It is fitting to use Shmurah Matzah on each of the two Seder nights for the three Matzot of the Seder plate.

Matzah Meals
Grade 3-6 These 70 recipes follow the Passover dietary laws, and each recipe is clearly labeled as to whether it is meat, dairy or parve (may be used as both). There are three ranges of difficulty, and plentiful safety notes are included. There is a brief retelling of the story of Passover, and the traditional foods served at a Seder are explained. A recipe for matzah cautions that home-baked matzah is not always considered Kosher. Many of the recipes are appropriate for making throughout the year. There is also a section of international meals: matzah pizza, tostados, matzah egg foo young. Line drawings add a humorous note, and the pun of the title and the cover design are added chuckles.

Matzah Spreaders
Usually we classify biting into a perfect piece of challah French toast or a still-warm everything bagel as a religious experience, but when it comes to Passover, it’s all matzah, all the time. Though, initially, it seems like a sacrifice, our first taste of matzah with cream cheese, butter or pb & j makes us think, “We don’t need no stinking leavening!” So pick a schmear, any schmear and spread it on thick with our cute matzah spreaders. Fun on the Seder table, for a matzah brie brunch or for your holiday dinner hostess. Stainless steel blades. 5" high. Set of 4.
