New, unopened items, sold and shipped by JudaicaEnterprises.com, may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of delivery . All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee unless the item is damaged or is being returned for any other reason pre-authorized by us. All returns must be accompanied by receipt or packing slip. You are responsible for all related shipping charges.
There are several exceptions to our general policy of accepting returns and issuing store credits due to the special nature of some of our products, involving issues such as hygiene, Jewish law or seasonality. These include, but are not limited to:
Sale Items — Items sold on sale are sold as is, no refunds, exchanges or returns.
Seasonal Items — Seasonal items must be returned and delivered to our warehouse before the start of that season's holiday, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Shofars — We will only accept returns on shofars which are defective or cracked. All shofars are carefully inspected before packing and shipping.
Mezuzah Parchments and Tefillin — Our standards of halacha for these products are of the highest level. Once a parchment is rolled, or tefillin are opened, we can not assume any responsibility for them and they cannot be returned.
Computer Software, CD's and Videos — These items cannot be returned after they have been opened (i.e. the plastic removed or the seal broken) unless the item is defective.
Etrog and Lulav — Due to their perishable nature and our need to pre-order specified amounts, all etrog and lulav orders are final.
Hand-made Shmurah Matzah — Due to its perishable nature and our need to pre-order specified amounts, all Matzah orders are final.
Custom Imprinted Products — anything requiring customization or alteration of the product (such as imprinted kippot or engraved items) cannot be returned unless the reason for return is a result of our error.
Imported Specialty Items — certain of these items cannot be returned. If this is of concern to you, please contact us by phone before purchasing the item.

How to Return a Package
Please wrap your package securely and include your packing slip. For your protection, we recommend you return your package via UPS, FedEx, DHL or insured mail.
